the one about Benjamin Netanyahu is dated (obviously) as I read it.
What do you think of the newly elected prime minister, Ehud Barak?
Perhaps you've already written about him in the past few days. Will he
be the one to give up "everything" for peace, the one to sign a peace
treaty? Lord Come quickly! Thanks for the good writing! Anne Answer Dear Anne: I really haven't spent much time researching the new leader. I am
surprised but not shocked, that Israel would put into power someone who
would trade land for a supposed peace treaty. Especially a decorated
war general. Those whom he will make peace with have but one goal and
one goal only, to destroy Israel and push them into the sea. They've
made those claims many times in the past, we've just allowed it to slip
our minds. Of course, God will not allow this to happen no matter what
the new regime desires. There will be a peace agreement, but not the
one the Arab nations envision. And if Mr. Barak gets out of the will of
God for His people, he to will be replaced. Any peace treaty that is established for a land trade will be short
lived. Soon after the peace treaty is signed, and land is swapped, the
Israeli people will find out what their new neighbors real intentions
are. They don't want peace with Israel, they want them out of the Middle East
period! This peace treaty is just an initial foothold in securing their
ultimate dream which dates back to 1948. They could have had the land
years before Israel took possession, but elected to let it rot. It
wasn't until Israel took possession of the land that they even cared. Truthfully, he's just a figurehead that must do the Lord's bidding. He
might or might not be the one who signs the peace accord. Maybe the
Lord brought Netanyahu into power to prevent a peace accord from taking
place at that time. Maybe now the Lord is bringing in a man that will
be fooled into signing a peace plan ushering in the tribulation period
and the rise of the antichrist. The will of God and His timing will be
accomplished. Of course, he could be assassinated, or once the negotiations get under
way, he may not like the terms, further complicating the process. I
just read an article at VJNEWS.COM that maybe a sign of future ripples
in the peace process to come. "Prime Minister-elect Ehud Barak held a secret meeting in his home last
night with National Religious Party leader Rabbi Yitzchak Levy. Labor MK
Chaim Ramon, apparently representing Barak, spoke with Aryeh Deri
regarding the inclusion of Shas in the government. Both meetings appear
to represent violations of Barak's promises to conduct only above-board
negotiations and not to meet with Deri. Ehud Barak's office claims that
the contacts between Labor MK Chaim Ramon and Aryeh Deri are a personal
Ramon initiative.." Seems Prime Minister-elect Barak is not very good at keeping his
campaign promises. He may have a hidden agenda with the Arab states
also or maybe his peace for land campaign promise was a lot of smoke. Moving on to Russia's presence in Kosovo. I believe this play will
eventually lead to Russia forming a Baltic Alliance and turning back to
communism. I have all along felt that Boris Yeltzin's day's were
numbered and the return to communism imminent. Look for Russia to
continue its presence there and to possibly become the guardian nation. Pastor Malone
