Recognizes Tel-Aviv - But Jerusalem Is Still Alone
An area in Tel Aviv is one of 24 sites that was added last week to UNESCO's
World Heritage List. The list also includes Acre, Massada, and - though not
listed as an Israeli site - the Old City of Jerusalem.
Comments
The U.N. refuses to recognize Jerusalem as a city of Jewish or any other heritage. They deliberately side stepped one of the oldest cities in the world. Many would say that it was to avoid further escalating the tension in the Middle East, but I think it all comes down to the U.N. hatred toward the land of Israel. Although, one day soon, they will recognize that great city and the land of Israel when the antichrist comes on the scene.
Israel is repeated the past by freeing known killers to continue their fight against them. Of course, this is a big mistake, but they feel it is necessary to continue the peace process. Personally, it's all now in the Lord's hands anyway. I really don't believe there is much that can reverse the direction that this world is heading.
Keep watching and waiting for the Lord could come at any moment.
