The Pope seems to be meeting with various religious
groups these days. Could it be that this is in preparation for a one world
religious system?
Take a look at the slip of words in the latest
admission of the Palestinian Authority. According to the Jnewswire, the
P.A. admitted that they could stop the suicide bombings if they wanted to then
turned around and denied it. Read the article, it will enlighten you.
According to the Polish Foreign Minister Wlodzimierz
Cimoszewicz, the new E.U. constitution could be agreed upon in the next few
weeks. What had been previously believed would take at least six months to
a year could be signed, sealed and delivered by spring. This would
certainly keep things on schedule as far as the elections are concerned which
are slated for summer 2004. I'll keep you posted on the progress.
One thing that has always bothered me is the economic
contributions that the new E.U. members bring to the table. Many are much
poorer than the present members and will require substantial monies to fall in
line with the rest of the bloc. I question the longevity of some of these
members. If there were ever a reason for ten nations to break away from
the E.U. and form another confederacy this would be it. I don't see them
breaking away from the E.U. but I do see some changes in who writes the checks
and makes the rules. It may just be that the poorer countries receive
limited power. Of course, that's already in place to some degree.
Keep your eyes on the E.U. as they progress toward finalizing their constitution.
