Abdul Qadeer Khan, the Pakistani scientist who sold nuclear technology around the world, has told his interrogators that during a trip to North Korea five years ago he was taken to a secret underground nuclear plant and shown what he described as three nuclear devices, according to Asian and American officials who have been briefed by the Pakistanis.

If Dr. Khan's report is true, it would be the first time that any foreigner has reported inspecting an actual North Korean nuclear weapon. Past C.I.A. assessments of North Korea's nuclear capacity have been based on estimates of how much plutonium it could produce and assessments of its technical capability to turn that plutonium into weapons.

Petition For Christianity In The Constitution
EUOBSERVER / BRUSSELS - Around three quarters of a million citizens from the 25 member states of an enlarged EU have signed a petition calling for a reference to Christianity to be made in the Constitution.

Originating at the end of 2002 in a few single countries, the petition spread to other organisations throughout Europe.

I reported a few days ago that North Korean officials said they were on the brink of nuclear war with the U.S. I also said that wasn't just a bluff and should be taken seriously.  

Now Pakistani intelligence officers are saying that through their interrogation of Abdul Qadeer Khan, the Pakistani scientist who sold nuclear technology around the world, that during a trip to North Korea five years ago he was taken to a secret underground nuclear plant and shown what he described as three nuclear devices.  That was five years ago!  I can’t imagine how much progress they’ve made since then.

Of course, he could be lying but I highly doubt it.  Only a handful of countries have come out and are known nuclear powers, but many others, I believe, are hiding their capabilities in underground facilities. 

As I have said in the past, if we the public knew one-tenth of what was going on behind close doors it would throw this world into a panic the likes of which we have never seen. But thank the Lord He is in control.

President Bush has endorsed Israel's plan for them to hold onto part of the West Bank.  Of course, this shift in policy has angered the Arab world.  If it goes forward it will do so without Arab support and could spark a confrontation.  I have always believed that the Arab world would milk this so-called Palestinian state (Trojan horse) as long as they could until they feel there's no more to get.  This maybe the end of the road for the Palestinians.  And again, maybe it's not.  This is a hard one to call.  

We do know that one day the Russian-Arab Alliance will march on Israel, but when that will happen is difficult to say.  Some believe it will be toward the middle or possibly at the end of the tribulation period just before Christ's return.  I think it's more likely that it will take place before or at the start of the tribulation period. It's anyone's guess, but one thing’s for sure, it's going to happen and we maybe here to witness it. Here’s a few short answers for why we may or may not be here..  

Ezekiel 39:9-12 says that it will take seven years to burn the weapons and seven months to bury the dead.  I find it difficult to place this event during the tribulation period due to the antichrist scattering the remnant at the midway point.  I also find it difficult to place at the Battle of Armageddon since it is generally believed that there will be no survivors.  But equally compelling is Ezekiel 39:7:

"So will I make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, the Holy One in Israel."

Following this war, the Lord says that His name will be exalted among the nations and Israel, and He would no longer allow His holy name to be polluted.  This sounds more like a worldwide revival than the beginning of the end (tribulation period).  I guess we'll have to wait and see.

A petition has been circulating throughout Europe for Christianity to be included within the E.U. constitution.  They have compiled about three-quarters of million signatures.  Personally, it doesn't matter if they include Christianity in the constitution or not.  It will probably come down to a compromise and a mention of God will be noted.  But that will be of little consequence when the antichrist comes to rule.  For he will change all laws and constitutional rights when he takes over.  I don't think declaring yourself to be God will ever be a constitutional right of the E.U., but one day that will all change. 

After 9/11 took place, we saw how quickly the world changed and how our rights of freedom were altered.  I'm here to tell you that a day much greater than 9/11 is coming.  The Bible describes it as a day that will be so horrible, unless the Lord shorten the days no man would survive (Matthew 24:22).
