Doubts
Over Whether Al Qaida Has Nukes
LONDON [MENL] -- Al Qaida has claimed that it has acquired nuclear weapons.
But Western intelligence sources doubt the veracity of that claim.
Islamic sources said Al Qaida procured tactical nuclear weapons in 1998 from Ukrainian scientists. The sources said the weapons came in suitcases and were delivered by the scientists when they visited the Afghan city of Kandahar.

I know it sounds to stupid to even consider, but for some reason I feel at some
point Israel will agree to disarm. Somehow I believe that Israel will be
seduced into falling for the lies of the antichrist. Will it be to the
degree of disarming? I don't know, but I do get a strange feeling that
Moamer Kadhafi's plea is only the beginning of things to come.
With evidence of underground nuclear facilities popping up around the world, Israel would be crazy to disarm, if indeed they do have nuclear weapons. But we must remember that the coming leader will have one very strong attribute...he will be a very persuasive individual (Mark 13:22).
In my opinion, the disarming of Israel would make perfect sense in light of the Biblical description of Israel's vulnerability and dependence on the antichrist during the tribulation period. During the attack of Ezekiel 38 & 39 (Russian/Arab attack on Israel), the Bible depicts Israel as a sitting duck with a band of wolves encircling them just before God intervenes to destroy the invaders. Biblically, they seem to be portrayed as a helpless country rather than the fifth most powerful nation in the world. Will they be tricked into giving up their nuclear weapons program in exchange for peace and stability?
Western intelligence sources say that they doubt Al-Qaida has nuclear weapons in their possession. At this time, I also question it. I don't think the Lord is ready to unleash the fury of Al-Qaida just yet. But I am convinced that someday soon God will step aside and allow the unthinkable to occur...nuclear detonation...and it's very possible it could occur on American soil.
My theory has always been that the war of Revelation chapter six that will claim one-quarter of the world's population will be started by a terrorist nuclear strike. I believe when that bomb is detonated it will set off an immediate chain reaction of strikes and counterstrikes that will shake the world like no other time in history. Hundreds of millions of people will die in a matter of minutes. Don't look for a delayed response. It will be swift and deadly. I think it's safe to say, following the devastation, the world will be in chaos and will completely embrace the idea of a single world leader.
It's unimaginable that one-day man will physically bow down and worship another man who will claim to God. But friend, this will happen! It’s also unimaginable that virtually all of mankind will be destroyed during a brief seven-year time period. But again, this to will happen
It just leads me to the conclusion that no matter how wild I allow my imagination to run in describing the horrors of the endtimes, I will never be able to grasp the scope and magnitude of that terrible day.
Do you know the Lord! If not, your time is running out.
