European Court Denies Fetus Rights Ruling
BRUSSELS, Belgium - Europe's top human rights court rejected an appeal Thursday to grant full human rights to a fetus, saying national governments must decide the issue themselves.

Meeting in Strasbourg, France, the European Court of Human Rights said it could not rule on a case filed by a French woman who was forced to have an abortion after a doctor's mistake.

Thi-Nho Vo had argued that France had violated the right to life of her unborn child, after French courts refused to convict the doctor of involuntary homicide.

The International Atomic Energy Agency head Mohammed ElBaradei was in Israel on Thursday and said Prime Minister Sharon would consider a nuclear free Middle East if it brought about true peace.  

When the antichrist comes on the scene, he will bring true peace to the Middle East yet for a short time.  It is my belief that Israel will make a joint peace agreement to disarm and rely on the antichrist and his ten nation confederacy for protection.  Of course, this will prove to be a grave mistake, but the Lord will save them from their enemies in the end.

For those who think the war in Iraq was about WMD here's your proof.  The new Iraqi interim government has confirmed that the U.S. has removed radioactive material (1.8 tons of enriched uranium) from Iraq which could have been used to produce weapons of mass destruction.  

For level headed normal thinking people this would be enough evidence to prove that Saddam Hussein was actively seeking to produce nuclear weapons. But I'm sure there will be those who still just can't handle the truth.  Sometime after the presidential election I hope some of them will finally be man enough to confess that they knew it from the beginning but only denied it because they felt it would help get rid of Bush.

If not for Israel's daring bombing of a secret Iraqi nuclear facility in 1981 we wouldn't even be having this conversation.  They (Israel) were condemned by everyone in the world at the time (including the U.S.), but today nobody doubts that the world is a safer place because of that bombing raid.

North Korea is bent on creating a delivery system that will carry nuclear bombs to the shores of the United States.  This will come back to haunt us in the days to come.  Truthfully, it would be smart if they were the coalitions next target.  Of course, that will never happen and we'll have to face the full wrath of nuclear war.  This will probably take place sometime at the beginning of the tribulation period (Revelation 6) when the Bible says that one-quarter of the world's population will be annihilated. 

U.S. intelligence sources are reporting that Al-Qaida is in the process of planning another attack on the United States. Certainly this could be another false alarm, but again it could be the real thing.  It's only a matter of time before the terrorist stage another successful strike on American soil.
