Gunmen Vow More Attacks on Israel
JEBALIYA REFUGEE CAMP, Gaza Strip (AP) - Israeli
troops and aircraft hit hard at Palestinian militants Saturday, killing at least
10 on the third bloody day of a massive Israeli incursion into the Gaza Strip's
largest refugee camp, as masked Hamas gunmen vowed more rocket attacks on
Israeli towns.
About 2,000 soldiers have taken control of a 5-mile-deep chunk of northern Gaza to counter militants firing homemade rockets into Israel.

Bans Madonna After Israel Visit...
Egypt has issued an order barring pop star Madonna from entering the country
because she visited Israel.
Members of Egypt's parliament have demanded Madonna, who has not requested entry into Egypt or announced any plans to visit the country, be barred from entering Egyptian soil. The parliament directed Egyptian embassies abroad to deny any visa requests from Madonna.

Divided Over Egyptian Weapons Flow
TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel's military has been pitted against the government in
the debate over a response to Egypt's failure to halt the flow of weapons and
operatives to the Palestinian insurgency.
Officials said the dispute between the military and the government of Prime Minister Ariel Sharon erupted as Palestinian insurgency groups have tried to smuggle rockets and heavy weapons from the Sinai Peninsula to the Gaza Strip. They said that despite repeated Israeli and U.S. appeals, Egypt has failed to crack down on the weapons smuggling rings that operate in Cairo, El Arish and the divided city of Rafah.

Egypt has to be the worst player in the world of diplomacy ever. But
this is not at all shocking as far as the Bible is concerned. The Bible
predicted long ago that Egypt would gladly take part in the invasion of Israel
which will come in the last days (Ezekiel 38 & 39). This blatant
attack shows the world Egypt's true feelings. The Arab world has no desire
to make peace unless it will lead to destroying Israel.
Continued fighting in the Gaza area. It looks like more of the same for quite some time.
