Cheney
Warns Of Nuke Threat...
CARROLL, Ohio (AP) - Vice President Dick Cheney on Tuesday raised the
possibility of terrorists bombing U.S. cities with nuclear weapons and
questioned whether Sen. John Kerry could combat such an "ultimate threat
... you've got to get your mind around."
"The biggest threat we face now as a nation is the possibility of terrorists ending up in the middle of one of our cities with deadlier weapons than have ever before been used against us - biological agents or a nuclear weapon or a chemical weapon of some kind to be able to threaten the lives of hundreds of thousands of Americans," Cheney said.
"That's the ultimate threat. For us to have a strategy that's capable of defeating that threat, you've got to get your mind around that concept," Cheney said.

Comments
Bill Clinton has his eye on the U.N.
secretary-general position when Kofi Annan's term ends
early in 2006. He has had his sights set on the top spot for many
years. Actually I reported on an article a number of years back regarding
his desire to run the U.N. Don't be surprised if this happens!
Of course, many who read this will think that he is being positioned to become the future antichrist. Of course, anything can happen but I don't see the antichrist coming out of the U.N. I still feel strongly that he will come out of the countries that will make up the new Roman Empire (E.U.; Daniel 9:27). I also don't believe that satan knows he is living in the last days, therefore, he doesn't know what is about to happen. Once the rapture takes place he will realize he is free to do his will.
Associates of Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat claim that the chairman's health is in decline again. If Chairman Arafat does die that will certainly change things. This could accelerate the peace process, but again, that would be in the Lord's hands.
The U.S. has reverted back to bribing North Korea to put a halt to their nuclear program. North Korea may agree to halt its nuclear program openly but you can bet it will be in full force underground.
Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon is pushing forward with his Disengagement Plan despite threats of civil war. It's hard to say what direction this will eventually go but it wouldn't surprise me if it were voted down.. Evacuation is scheduled for completion by late 2005
