Russia Tests New Anti-Ballistic Missile System
Ivanov told Putin that his ministry would "further perfect and modernise the anti-ballistic missile system," the news agency reported.

He said the missile had passed its test this morning at the Sary-Shagaz testing range in the former Soviet republic of Kazakhstan.

Ivanov said earlier that Russia would test-fire a mobile version of the new Topol-M missile before the year's end and would commission it next year.

Topol-Ms have a range of about 9,650 kilometres and reportedly can manoeuvre in ways that are difficult to detect. The missile, which can intercept and destroy other missiles, has been deployed in silos since 1998.

Take a look at the article entitled Peace In The Middle East At Highest Priority In Years.  I would really look fast and hard at what's going on in the Middle East.

I have always believed that I Thessalonians 5:1-6 was a message to Christians to keep their eyes open.  We may not know the day or hour of the rapture, but the Bible says that we can see it coming.  We're not in darkness as the world that that day should overtake us.

(1) But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.

(2) For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

(3) For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

(4) But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

(5) Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.

(6) Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
