Approves 'Neighbourhood' Deals
EUOBSERVER / BRUSSELS – The European Commission has approved agreements
with seven of its neighbours, in a bid to spread stability on the EU’s
borders.
The Commission met on Thursday and approved wide-ranging deals with Israel,
Ukraine, Moldova, Morocco, Tunisia, Jordan and the Palestinian Authority.
"[The deals] will prevent a new dividing line being drawn across Europe
after enlargement", External Relations Commission Benita Ferrero-Waldner
told Journalists on Thursday (9 December).

WASHINGTON -- Just when the Iraq war looks to be at its worst, just after Yasser
Arafat has died and the Israelis are still attacking Gaza, just when everybody
has about given up hope for any peace settlement, there are, seemingly
overnight, some positive signs on the Middle East horizon. What has happened?
Dare one hope? Dare one expect that these new indicators for peace could finally
be real?

US
adopts National ID: Homeland Security Now In charge of Regulations for all US
States Drivers Licenses and Birth Certificates
In a chilling act more reminiscent of
the now defunct Soviet Union or the Nazi regime of Adolph Hitler, the United
States Congress passed legislation yesterday that requires the States to
surrender their regulatory rights over driver's licenses and birth certificates
to The Department of Homeland Security.
The massive US Intelligence Reform Bill weighed in at over 3,000 pages and though unread by individual Members of either the House or Senate nevertheless passed all of the legislative hurdles needed in order to become law.
President Bush lobbied hard for these provisions, only objecting when Senator Sensenbrenner attempted to require these same provisions for illegal aliens but which the President opposed. This provision was dropped from the final bill.

The E.U. has made a neighborhood agreement with Israeli,
The Palestinian Authority and five other countries.
This is good news for prophecy experts and right on target. As you know, for over a year I have said that Israel would eventually join the E.U., but first, would be included in a neighborhood agreement. The Palestinian Authority was also included in this agreement, but I don't foresee them ever becoming a full member of the E.U. That really doesn't matter this prophecy is all about Israel.
Take a look at a few articles I wrote back in 2003 regarding this very subject:
Article# 213: How The Peace Plan May Turn Out. (May 25, 2003)
Article# 214: E.U. Membership: Could It Be The Seven Year Peace Plan. (May 26, 2003)
Article# 219: EU Membership, Middle East Fighting, Etc. (June 9, 2003)
Article# 226: Verheugen: A Single Market From Jerusalem To Oslo. (June 27, 2003)
Article# 232: Israel's "Entangling Alliance". (July 16, 2003)
Article# 233: Israel's Neighborhood Agreement With The E.U. (July 17, 2003)
Look for Israel to do whatever it takes to achieve their goal of E.U. membership. I truly believe that membership may play a major role in the ultimate peace plan, but it may stop just short with a seven year neighborhood plan. Full membership may hinge on the results of the seven-year neighborhood plan.
Many things are happening simultaneously at this time to make peace a reality from the Egyptian peace effort, the Gaza pullout, to the E.U. neighborhood agreement. I look for this to lead to peace. How soon is anyone's guess.
I see the Egyptians paving the way for Israel's acceptance into the Arab world while the E.U. will give Israel and the Palestinians world stability.
Although Egypt and the U.S. will play a part in the peace effort it will be orchestrated by the E.U. and then the antichrist will be revealed.
Are you ready to meet the Lord? If not your time is running out!
