Learn what will happen during the tribulation period from beginning to end

One day it looks as though they will resume peace talks and then fighting breaks out. It seems to be heading toward war then peace. At the same time, one of our navy carriers were bombed by supposed terrorists, killing at least ten and wounding many more. All of this tension has sent both the DOW and NASDAQ tumbling amid already dismal earning reports. Oil prices are soaring again leading many financial experts to believe that inflation will follow. And it won't just affect us in the U.S. Of course, many believe that this will turn around and we'll be just fine. Business as usual. We've been down this road before. This is what I believe is about to take place. I believe the rapture is imminent. The signs are everywhere and primed for a man of the antichrist's abilities to step on the stage. This man will be a military genius. This man will make peace in the Middle East when everyone else has failed. This man will be a financial genius and will turn around a plummeting out of control world stock market. And if you think it's bad now, it's going to get a lot worse. As, I said in my previous article, one of two things are about to happen in the Middle East very soon…War or peace! I absolutely do not believe that the isolated military strikes and constant conflict can continue for too much longer. Yes, we've been through this before with the PLO and Israel. It's like a pesky little brother trying the patience of his older brother. He goes so far and then says he won't do it anymore just before big brother lets him have it. But I believe it's different this time, because peace is so close…closer then it has ever been….yet seemingly attainable. Another thing that is really bothering me about the time we are living in. The U.N. is not only speaking out on the Middle East situation, they have voted to officially condemn the military actions of Israel. The U.S. who has veto power in the U.N. elected to abstain from voting. Essentially, Israel is alone in the world. If the bloodshed continues this could further harden the hearts of world opinion against Israel. Right now, many around the world see the Palestinians as defenseless pawns in the hands of the Israelis. I believe that this could open up an attack on Israel by the Arabs (Russia will lead the attack), as the rest of the world watches, and as the U.S. turns its back. It may come about that the rest of the world will convince the U.S. that eliminating Israel is best for the sake of world peace and harmony. As long as Israel exists there will never be peace in that region and the world economy will be in shambles. It may come as a surprise attack against the protests of the U.S. and Britain. But of course, due to the magnitude of the attack, they will not come to the aid of Israel (See article 40). In conclusion, time is certainly running out. For years we have talked about the rapture and coming tribulation period like it was just around the corner. We've talked about the signs and speculated about what might happen next as if it were about to happen, but not really believing it could be today. We've taken the position that the tribulation period is upon us but not anytime soon, much like death. Do I know when the Lord is coming? Not on your life. But as I see the signs of eminent conflict with Israel coming, along with world financial woes, my heart tells me that Jesus is coming soon and He will not tarry. Are you ready to meet Him or have you decided to wait another day? You could be left behind to face what will be the most horrible time in the history of the world. Worst then that, you could spend an eternity in hell with your sins paid in full by Jesus who died to pay your sin debt. Do you want to take that chance? If you're thinking of asking Jesus to come into your heart right now please pray this prayer.
"Dear God, I know I am a sinner. I believe Jesus died to forgive me of my sins. I now accept Your offer of eternal life. Thank You for forgiving me of all my sin. Thank you for my new life. From this day forward, I will choose to follow You." If you prayed this prayer, share your decision with a Christian friend or pastor. If you are not already attending church, find one in which you can worship and grow in your faith. Following Christ's example, ask to be baptized as a public expression of your faith. We'd love to hear about your decision to follow Christ. Please let us know by email by clicking here. May the joy and peace of His presence be with you until He comes again. Pastor Malone
