Syriac MP confirms preparation for war; US decides against Iran strike

According to reports Syria, Iran, and Hezbollah are preparing for war with Israel and the proposed date for final preparations is set for August of 2007.

Israel has said repeatedly that they seek peace and welcome peace negotiations but are ready for any war that might come.

At the same time, Israeli Prime Minister Olmert today wrote in an op-ed piece that Israel was ready to talk to the Palestinians about the Arab peace plan. But Palestinian officials have stated that the climate between the two countries is at a very "catastrophic" moment. They have also requested a postponement in the Thursday meeting between Palestinian Chairman Mahmoud Abbas and Israeli Prime Minister Olmert.

The climate for peace has become so difficult that for the first time Israel, the Palestinian Authority, and Egypt are considering placing an international peacekeeping force in Gaza. "We are working on that," he [EU Foreign Policy Chief Javier Solana] said. This could be major news in Bible prophecy that could lead to a seven-year peace agreement with the international peacekeeping army enforcing the agreement. I could see the EU or a multinational peacekeeping army coming in and putting a stop to all terrorist activity, cross border skirmishes and missile attacks for an agreed seven-year term in the name of peace. Whether that will be the direction the Lord will take only time will tell.

In another turn of events, reports are coming in that the US has decided against an attack on Iran due to the fact that they will need their assistance when the US finally pulls out of Iraq sometime in the near future. According to the Middle East Newsline, a military intelligence website, "administration sources said President George Bush has decided that barring a "catastrophic development," the United States would not attack Iran. The sources said the administration has been relaying the decision to U.S. allies in the Middle East."

"The United States has decided that Iran's cooperation was needed for a withdrawal from Iraq," an administration source said. "There won't be a situation where there will be cooperation and then war with Iran." http://www.menewsline.com/stories/2007/june/06_07_1.html

According to US Administration sources, the US will be relaying this information to Israeli officials today at an annual dialogue meeting in Washington DC.

Also in the news, the Turkish military who is battling terrorists on the Turkey-Iraq border have crossed over into northern Iraq in pursuit of Kurdish guerrillas who have been attacking Turkey from bases there. Turkish leaders have denied that their troops have entered Iraq but other officials who spoke on condition of anonymity said they may have penetrated the border by a few miles and characterized it as "hot pursuit". Other officials said that this was not considered a major offensive.

Dr. Paul Williams, a former FBI consultant and an expert on the subjects of al-Qaida and Osama bin Laden stated during an interview with NewsMax.com that Al-Qaida definitely has nuclear weapons. "They definitely have nukes. There's no doubt about it. There's positive proof. As I wrote in my book, in the first three months of Operation Enduring Freedom — the Gulf War — our troops found in a cave outside of Khandahar in Afghanistan a canister filled with Uranium 238 [the basic ingredient for a nuclear bomb] and in Turnak Farms [where at one time 1,800 members of Al-Qaida lived and worked] they found jars and jars and jars of yellow cake [pure uranium, dried].

There's no doubt about that. Before 9/11 a guy by the name of Sheik Kabbani, the president of the Supreme Islamic Council of North America, appeared before the Senate and the House and said that over 48 nukes were here. There was also a Waziristan summit meeting in Pakistan in April 2004. Attending it were the leading planners of the next 9/11. Included was one Sharif al Masry, and Adnan el-Shukrijumah, the next Mohammad Atta, and a terrorist from Brooklyn.

They all confirmed that nuclear weapons had been developed by Al-Qaida with the help of scientists and technicians from the A.Q. Khan Research laboratories. The most chilling thing, they said was that all of the weapons had been forward deployed to Mexico and transported over the border into the U.S."

Dr. Williams went on to say that the potential death toll from a nuclear Al-Qaida could be in the millions.

"If one of these babies went off with 10 kilotons, first of all you'd have the conventional explosion, which if it occurred at the site of 9/11, would take out all of lower Manhattan.

From that would come a fireball that would be about 750 feet in diameter — the core would reach a temperature of 10 million degrees Celsius, which means in the blink of an eye everything would disintegrate. After that would come juggernaut blasts ripping through the city with winds in excess of 640 miles per hour, and after that would come the mushroom cloud and the radioactive fallout that would spew into the five boroughs of New York, into Connecticut and New Jersey. There's no question in my mind that Dr. Williams information is credible. He's only one of many who believe it's only a matter of time before Al-Qaida slips past a very shaky US security network and detonates a nuclear bomb in a major city.

Could this be a part of God's judgment on the US for their sin of spiritual adultery and countless murders of the innocent unborn?
